Bilingual, Andrea Pennacchia received his JD degree from "La Sapienza"
University School of Law of Rome where he also served as a fiduciary
assistant to former Ambassador to Italy Prof. Adolfo Maresca, then Chair
of the Consular and Diplomatic Law Department of the university. In the the
U.S.A., Andrea Pennacchia has pursued a specialization in U.S. and International Business Law.
He received
his Master of
Laws in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist
University Dedman School of Law of Dallas (TX) where he was awarded a
Dean Scholarship from the Committee on Graduate Legal Studies.
Andrea Pennacchia is also the managing partner of Pennacchia - Worldwide
Legal Network, an independent body of internationally highly regarded
lawyers and law firms whose aim is, among the others, to provide worldwide legal assistance
on trademark matters.
Andrea Pennacchia is a member of the International Law Society.
