• Right after submission of the online application, pay online only the deposit/engagement fee of $195 so that we can start the comprehensive trademark availability search for you. One of our representatives will contact you for order confirmation within the same business day of the application.
  
  
• Once you are notified via email that the search is completed (usually 2-3 business days from the online application) make payment of the "firm fees residual". This payment is necessary before we can release the search results. Payment of the "firm fees residual" can be made online through the "Payments" page of this site.
  If, on the basis of the search results, you decide not to go forward with the application, the amount of $170 out of the total paid  will be refunded to you, or kept into account for future services. 
  
  Remember that our firm fees do not include Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market filing and registration fees.

• When an alert is necessary, namely when an application for a conflicting trademark is filed, or a conflicting trademark is published in an official gazette, we notify you via email of the conflict, so that you can proceed taking the opportune steps to protect your intellectual property investment.
